THURSDAY – 4/6/2017 – W-G OVT&F – “Recovery Day II” – ‘97 gym – 3:15 pm – WSJA – 2 mins; Wall Drill – 2 min jog; Hydrants and stretch Tallahassee; Partner Ropes/ Crunchies and push-ups  - Agilities – DRINK - Auditeria Hall – RUNNERS–  Four 5 min runs; 3 mins.; S/H/J’s  4 laps; 3 laps, 2 laps 65-75% easy run pace; 3 mins between; 5 minutes between sets; then repeat. . THROWS – Coach Schnippel – Indoor drills; WR open from 3-5 PM. RUNNERS – Good AB/Core workout; HURDLERS/JUMPERS – 4-5 sets of 6 on the bear, DB step-ups, jump squats, DB lunges in the hall (5 down, 5 back) to cool down; Vaulters – chins, dips, figure 4 swing up, praying drill. GO TIGERS!!!
