WEDNESDAY – 4/5/2017 – W-G OVT&F -  “Blood Drive Day” – (Check “Remind” for practice location) – “Recovery Day” –WARM CLOTHES -  3:20 pm “On the track” – WSJA – 2 laps; Stretch Tallahassee; 1 lap; Fence Drill – 1 lap; 8 station stretch/strength circuit; Agilities – DRINK – RUNNERS – 30 minute run change pace in the run; S/H/J’s – Run 450-350-250-150- 80 – Emphasize “RUN” – Do not sprint or race – 65-75% recovery runs for aerobic workout);  These are recovery/post meet day runs) 3 minutes recovery. THROWS – Coach Schnippel. WR open until 5 PM. GO TIGERS!!!
