Today's workout

MONDAY – 4/3/2017 – W-G OVT&F – (check “Remind” @ 2:30 pm for practice location) – Will need batons and measuring tapes -  “Early Season Conditioning/Pre-meet Day” – 3:20 pm “On the Track” – WSJA – 2 laps; Stretch Tallahassee – 1 lap jog; Fence Drill – 1 lap run;  30 second Hydrants; Pre-agility proto call  30-60-90 – DRINK- RUNNERS – 300m Hill circuit x 6 – 3 min send-off – “ACCELERATE the hills!!!”; Batons as needed; 165 m run out starts; Stretch; THROWS – Coach Schnippel – (Implements ready for meet tomorrow); S/H/J’s – 3 Hill circuits with Runners – 3 min send-off; then 8 x Bear Mountain 30m Accels- (west side); then sand hops; long stride accels, hurdle hop accels; long stride accels; drive stride accels; SPRINTERS -check starting blocks; relays, and approaches as needed,  HURDLERS – (no hop drills – go directly to Hurdle workout after Hills)  warm-ups and 3-4 times over 100/110m low hurdles-fast (Celina Relays Friday night).  VAULTERS - No vault tonight (get poles ready for meettomorrow). Check all gear tonight and be ready for Bellefontaine tomorrow!! WR open until 5pm tonight. GO TIGERS!!!
