THURSDAY – 3/30/2017 – W-G OVT&F – Rain in the forecast - Check “REMIND” around 2:30 pm for practice status – GALS – “Pre-meet practice” -  Warm-up. Check events, all relays and block starts, all approaches for field events. Team stretch. Have everything ready for meet at Perry tomorrow!  GUYS – “Conditioning Day” –  Will need watches – WSJA – 2 laps; Fence- 1 lap; Captain’s stretch; Team Agilities – DRINK - Throws Coach Schnippel; Runners  – 90/80/70 Challenge – 3 laps at 90 seconds= 4:30 = 12 min 3200m pace;  2 laps at 80 seconds = 5:20 1600m pace; 1 lap at 70 seconds = 2:20  800m pace. rest 10 mins then repeat;  3 mins between reps.; S/H/J’s 350-250-150 at 60 second 400m pace under 53 seconds; under 38 seconds; under 23 seconds; 3 mins between reps; 5 minutes between sets. Do 2 sets.  Team stretch – WR open after practice. GO TIGERS!!!
