WEDNESDAY – 3/29/2017 – W-G OVT&F – Recovery/Event Day – Conditioning Day for Guys tomorrow/Pre-meet for Gals before Perry Invit.  –  3:20 pm “On the track” WSJA-2 laps; Fence Drill – 1 lap; Hurdle Mo; Stretch Tallahassee; Pre-agility Protcol 30-60-90 – DRINK – SPRINTERS – Baton practice as needed – 6 times 80m accels on FB field (barefooted if so desire); HURDLERS – Warm-up drills, 0-3 hurdles from standing start over 33” and 39” 100/110m hurdles x 8, 1 foot handicap if needed and then  gradually add 4th, 5th, 6th hurdle as time and energy permits; HIGH JUMPERS – circle, arch, box flop, pirouette take-off drills; 3-5 step approaches stressing PU step and VERTICALITY! -  LONG JUMPERS – Landing drills at sand pit or South HJ pit – Box take-offs. VAULTERS – Figure 4 swing-ups and praying drill from mid-mark approach. THROWERS – Coach Schnippel; RUNNERS – Coach Hennon - 30 minute run  - change pace every 2-300 m (surge).   Team stretch.  GO TIGERS!!
