MONDAY – 3/27/2017 – W-G OVT&F – Sun screen/water bottle/spikes/measuring tape/ batons – “Conditioning/Pre-meet/Event day” -  3:20 – “On the track” – WSJA- 2 laps; then 8 station stretch circuit – 1 lap – then Hydrant Tallahassee – then Pre-agility Protocol/30m –60m –90M – DRINK – RUNNERS – To north hill – (run west to east)  6x300m – 3 min send-off WB recovery; Relay practice as needed; 4x165m “run-outs”; stretch – THROWS Coach Schnippel; -  S/H/J’s – Coach Horn – “Speedmakers” – 2 sets of walk 50, jog 50, sprint 100m x 4= 1 set, 8 minutes between sets – EVENTS – SPRINTERS Block starts and relay/baton drill as needed; HURDLERS – work over regulation 100/110m hurdles over 3-4 hurdles; also 300m hurdle start, curve and finish x2; LJ/TJ Coach Epperly;  VAULTERS – spikes and poles -Praying drill and figure 4 swing ups from mid-mark. Full vaulting tomorrow in meet.  HIGH JUMPERS – Learn 12 step-3 bound approach – Coach Horn; then team stretch. NO WR tonight – Event practice. Have everything ready to go for tomorrow’s meet. GO TIGERS!!!
